The festival is a masterclass in project management. The organising team pull together bands, technicians, security and many other stakeholders to deliver a free, memorable experience for the local community. All money collected on the day is split between funding future festivals and Shekinah – a local homeless charity.
Robert Perry: “As a participant, the whole thing seems so well organised, they have great people in key positions and management come across as totally unflustered. The whole thing is set up so that during the festival they have very little to do other than check things are running to plan.”
