Role and Responsibilities…
We would like an experienced telemarketing professional to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be making outbound sales calls, populating our CRM in real time, sending introductory emails, following up and arranging appointments for consultants.
You will be working to agreed sales performance targets/KPI’s.
Preferred Skills and Experience…
- Minimum 2 years experience in a B2B or B2C telesales role.
- Experienced entering data into a CRM system in real time.
- Can converse using a headset whilst typing accurately.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience within the CRM/Tech sector would be an advantage but not essential.
- Experience with MS Office would be an advantage.
This role would suit an ambitious person. As the company grows, we expect to create management opportunities in sales and marketing.

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent.
Hours: 7 hours per day, 35 hours per week.
Times: 9am – 5pm inc. 1hr lunch break (with some flexibility).
Location: Home and Office Based. Role will initially be carried out from home, with a combination of home and office expected from January 2021.
Training: Training on company CRM system and telesales process will be provided. All required equipment will be provided.
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 OTE Depending on experience. Salary will be made up of competitive basic wage and commission.
